Andy made sure to check the car's history to see that I was actually due for B Service & Brake System Flush, rather than an A Service which I thought was due. It ranks as one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car from anyone at any dealership. Both Crown and Larry were exceedingly professional through the negotiation and the purchase. They were transparent on pricing, low pressure on sales tactics, and exceptionally considerate and accommodating of my tight schedule. Larry went the extra mile in all aspects of the transaction, including making sure that the car was in absolutely flawless condition for delivery.
