Crown Eurocars is great, and ask to work with Mo! I've been very fortunate in life to have owned multiple high end vehicles of various brands, therefore have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the y I've been very fortunate in life to have owned multiple high end vehicles of various brands, therefore have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years. Let me start off by saying that Crown Eurocars was one of the best, if not the best dealership I've ever worked with because of my sales associate, Mo. I found my dream car on a Monday, and the deal was sealed by Wednesday! I'm a very picky car enthusiast and normally don't purchase anything sight unseen, but Mo was able to put me at ease through tons of pictures, endless text responses and phone calls. He was down to earth, professional, courteous and very prompt. I never once felt pressured to purchase, and I feel like I've made a friend on top of an excellent deal. The excellent sales staff, including Mark Isarel and Rob Wilson were able to send me all paperwork overnight and the process couldn't be easier. To top off this great experience, Mo offered to meet me on a Sunday, the only day that I'm off and the day that the dealership is closed, just so that I can pick up the vehicle, now that's customer service at a whole other level! I can go on and on about my experience, but just read all the excellent reviews and you'll have an idea of what Crown Eurocars is about. I'll definitely be back when my Audi R8 needs a playmate! Excellent service as always!!! Had an unexpected problem arise with my new vehicle and had no idea what could be causing it. Made a call to Crown and asked for Charlie Apple for ass Had an unexpected problem arise with my new vehicle and had no idea what could be causing it. Made a call to Crown and asked for Charlie Apple for assistance with the issue. Charlie returned my call promptly to aid me with a solution to this problem. He immediately set up an appointment time to bring it in the next morning to get it resolved. The service was excellent in every way as it has been each and every time I visit Crown for what ever reasons it may be. Charlie Apple has been a professional help to me for several years whether answering questions or service or problems that have ever arisen. I appreciate Charlie and all of the staff I deal with at Crown each and every time I am there. As for this particular issue that I had to take care of, Charlie already had suggested what he thought it might be and he was right on target!!
