Nicole and Tony were exceptional from our first visit when we placed the order to the final visit when we picked up our 2020 GLE 450, both of them were responsive and accommodating, and went out of their way: Nicole to work out the details of the trade-in and delivery, and Tony to answer questions, and walk us through the technological features associated with giving instructions via "Hey, Mercedes." Nicole kept us up-to-date while the car was in production, and Tony remains available for technical assistance. This was the fourth Mercedes we have purchased through Crown (2 MLs, 1 SL, and this GLE). We wouldn't go anywhere else. (Nicole is keeping an eye out for a used SL for me, so we might be back sooner than you think!) More

Great Communication & Very Pleasant Experience Mo approached me on first visit to the dealership with no pressure or the typical new car sales tactics. I was looking at the new 2020 GLE and Mo was Mo approached me on first visit to the dealership with no pressure or the typical new car sales tactics. I was looking at the new 2020 GLE and Mo was able to answer all of my questions which I found surprising as this is a recently released new model. I ordered my new GLE a few weeks after my initial visit and Mo was very helpful as I picked what I wanted to include on the new car. He was knowledgeable with all the options, he let me pick what I wanted with no pressure. During the almost three month wait for the car, Mo was very reachable and kept me informed of the build progress. I would recommend Mo and Crown to anyone. Great experience!! More

Excellent service and communication I returned from a trip to find out that my a/c had failed. I called around noon on a Friday thinking that I would have to make an appointment for the I returned from a trip to find out that my a/c had failed. I called around noon on a Friday thinking that I would have to make an appointment for the following week. RYAN YEOMANS told me to bring the car over right away. The same day he took my car in and provided me with a car to borrow that had functioning a/c. He needed to order some parts so I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until the following week. Throughout the service visit he continually communicated with me regarding cost and my car’s status. It was completed as promised and I am very satisfied with the work. I am very satisfied with Crown and particularly with Ryan and the service team. I will be a customer for life. More
