Buying a CPO Mercedes Larry Chapman was a great person to deal with, he went above and beyond to make this transaction as smooth as possible. I flew from Texas to Florida a Larry Chapman was a great person to deal with, he went above and beyond to make this transaction as smooth as possible. I flew from Texas to Florida and Larry picked me up at the airport to the dealership, fantastic person to deal with and I will not hesitate to more cars from him. Although my car was pre owned and CPO, the vehicle was immaculate and Larry made the whole experience feel like I was buying a brand new car. Also Marc Israel, the finance manager was a great guy to deal with and very pleasant and friendly and very accommodating walking through all the finance options. Thanks again guys at Crown Eurocars. Annual Service Performance I recently moved from Atlanta to St Petersburg, FL. This was my first experience with Crown Eurocars for the annual service on my Mercedes. Making th I recently moved from Atlanta to St Petersburg, FL. This was my first experience with Crown Eurocars for the annual service on my Mercedes. Making the appointment was pretty easy. The receptionist was nice and efficient and was able to find my record and book the appointment. Once I arrived at the dealer for the appointment I had to stand and wait for about 15 minutes for my service advisor Ryan Yeomans to come back to his desk. When he arrived he was on the phone and continued to talk on the phone without even acknowledging that I was standing there at his desk. I was a little bothered by this. However, after he ended the call, he did acknowledge my presence and apologized for being on the phone. The rest of my experience was smooth and easy. He helped me get a loaner car, and was very accommodating after that. My service was completed in about four hours. The redeeming part to this review is that Ryan was very helpful and prompt and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a service advisor at Crown Eurocars. The service was somewhat expensive at just over $980! More

Larry Chapman was my sales person at Crown Mercedes Benz and he was super helpful and nice throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase, Larry listened to my wish list and we clicked and unclicked and searched far and wide in that dealership to find the right fit. Once I found the car I actually wanted which was not what I originally had in mind, he knew it was the one too and quickly began the process of me leasing the vehicle I have now. I would definitely recommend Larry for sales there. More
