I emailed him and received a response within hours. A phone call, an appointment, a test drive - and the deal was done. He even arranged the return of my leased car including sprucing it up for me. The entire experience was painless - enjoyable, in fact. After the sale, he still checks in to make sure I'm completely satisfied. Tony is without a doubt my car guy from now on.
