Until my latest, which was a GL- I have been a customer of Crown EuroCars for almost 20 years, and have purchased several Mercedes vehicles from them. Until my latest, which was a GL-450 SUV, I was a regular S-500 series purchaser. One of my earliest, and very best, contacts with them was meeting Richard Webb, my service advisor. He is VERY familiar with the various models, and their more common service issues. He is always friendly, honest and efficient. He always finds, and fixes, the problems described to him, even if they are uncommon. Have owned almost 25 Benz products in my lifetime, and I will not purchase them anywhere but Crown. Richard Webb is one very solid reason why. Because all vehicles, even Mercedes, need regular service. Sales staff has always been great to me, as well. Overall dealership rating from me would excellent. More
