Most Pleasant Buying Experience I've Ever Had! I searched long and hard to find the car I wanted, Crown Eurocars had 1 of only 2 that I was able to find during the Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned I searched long and hard to find the car I wanted, Crown Eurocars had 1 of only 2 that I was able to find during the Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned sales event. Crown's Live Market Pricing at first seemed like a gimmick to me but I quickly saw it was no joke and I was able to purchase my car for a lot less than even the same model car that had less options. Since I purchased this car online, never traveling to Florida to see or pick it up, Greg Sarantis and Ken Klak worked very quickly to get all the paperwork and details wrapped up before the tight certified pre-owned sales event was over, securing for me a great deal. Greg is very attentive, responsive and flexible, he has made my car buying experience so nice that Crown Eurocars and Greg will be my first and probably my only stop when purchasing another vehicle. I'm sure Greg is working with multiple buyers at a time but he made me feel like I was the only one he was working with and even made himself available after hours to address any concerns I had and always kept me updated, be it through email, SMS or MMS, every step of the way. We even had the car shipped to Crown Eurocars in Dublin, Ohio to save about half the cost of shipping to my door. I was offered "sight unseen" a price for my trade that matched another dealers offer which tells me that Jim has done this a few times before. Greg Sarantis was very knowledgeable about the features which helped. Greg was surprised that I did not know how to shift the new car into gear and had never driven one before I purchased. Marc Israel guided me through the paperwork in no time at all. I shopped all the Mercedes dealers for 100 miles and Crown Eurocars offered the best trade in and bottom line price by far. More
