He would pick me up at the airport in Tampa, any day, any time, he said,to get to his office to complete this transaction, and even offered to return me to the airport if I decided after a personal inspection not to buy. As it worked out, I was unable to purchase this car because my dog "Molly" was vicously attacked by two huge dogs and is currently in the vet hospital in Raleigh, NC, where she is receiving round the clock care at considerable expense, deeply depleting my money reserves to the point that I felt I could not extend financially to purchase this car. Thats when I really got to know Al Kirschbaum! Unlike most other sales people that I have dealt with during my adult life,Al was onboard with my situation in a way that showed he is truly a fine person. He took a “no pressure, and educational” approach that fit me perfectly. He made himself available where others did not bother to return a phone call or email. After making my decision, (or at least narrowing it down), I found the service to be exceptional. All I had to do was come into the dealership, inspect the car, (Which was in perfect condition as Al described), and sign the papers. They even took the time to pick me up at the airport and deliver me back in time to make my flight home.
