Poor Service Bruno provided good service as far as communication but when I went to have my car serviced, the part of my bumper that has the covering for the tow w Bruno provided good service as far as communication but when I went to have my car serviced, the part of my bumper that has the covering for the tow wrench was there, if it got unhinged there would be a string attached to it and it would dangle, you can see marks where it was clearly ripped off, Bruno showed me pictures where it was off but those would have been pictures after my service because it was there in the morning, also my touch pad worked when i brought it in for service and mysteriously it no longer works, when I asked about this I was also told this was a coincidence and there is nothing they could do. I also reported an incident with my car when I first bought it with Zoltan and was quickly dismissed as well, I feel like every time I take my car in my service they will deny and blame me for it. So I plan to go to Potters for any of my service needs in the future because I know they will be honest with me. More

Simply said I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I received...This time it was a little more special because we like most Americans are feeling the financial impact of COVOD-19. In addition to being down to a one income household. Medical bills are continuing to pile up so when the news that the repair was going to be in excess of $6k. We were devastated. Our service specialist Andy Mrasz was so accommodating. patient and understanding. while we tried to figure out what our best options were . He did just about everything he could to help us find a way to get the cost down and the repairs done. He offered words of encouragement and made arrangements for the loaner to be picked up when I wasn't feeling well enough to drive. . Whenever he would call and I answered the phone he would say Hey Mrs. Bennett how you feeling today before we dove into the business side of the conversation. . (I'm tearing up just writing this). Although we will need to wait to get the car repaired. Sometimes you don't know how far your compassion for others will go. He is truly an example of what we need not just the interactions with customers but with each other everyday in ordinary lives.
