Great experience as usual I stopped in Crown Mercedes with no appointment to discuss a battery malfunction light with my service advisor Charles Apple. He quoted me a price and I stopped in Crown Mercedes with no appointment to discuss a battery malfunction light with my service advisor Charles Apple. He quoted me a price and time frame to be completed both of which were incredibly reasonable. The car was finished in 20 minutes and for $75 less than quoted, this never happens...lol. Anyway I very much enjoy being a customer of Crown Mercedes benz and Charles Apple is a great service writer. Thanks again to the team at Crown Eurocars! More
