Online scheduling system remembered my car info so I didn't have to go look it up. A follow-up email was sent to confirm and remind me of my appointment. Tom was expecting me when I arrived and knowing that I was in a hurry, he completed a 'quick drop' envelope after confirming which services I needed so I could be on my way in less than 5 minutes. Tom stayed in touch with phone calls and texts until my car was ready for pick up. I really appreciate those updates so I'm not left guessing. When my car was ready I received a text with the total amount due and the option to click a link and pay thru a secured website online. So convenient! That made it picking up my car a fast and easy experience, too. More
Excellent Service Advisor and Service Experience! I took my wife's Mercedes Benz to Crown Eurocars for service yesterday. My service advisor was Andy Mrasz and I couldn't be more pleased with the leve I took my wife's Mercedes Benz to Crown Eurocars for service yesterday. My service advisor was Andy Mrasz and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service provided by Andy and the Crown service department. I was greeted promptly, Andy carefully noted the details of what needed to be done, and provided a E300 loaner car since the service was expected to take 3 plus hours. Andy called me an hour ahead of schedule to let me know the car was ready! This allowed me to beat the rush hour traffic home! Not only was the car ready early, but it was washed as well. Nice to drive home in a clean car! Andy also noticed that my key FOB battery was weak and not operating consistently. He replaced the battery and made sure it was working correctly. Thanks Andy! I will be back when the next service is due based on the great customer service Andy provided. Very much appreciated! Dave S. More
40000 mile Service. Also inquired of new models in showroom. My E-350 had a 40000 mile service. Tom Cammarata was my service adviser. Tom couldn't have been better. Upon meeting him, he was friendly, courteous and helpful. He explained everything in detail and allowed us time to make a decision without any pressure to purchase. We did purchase the warranty and he was able to get all the information taken care of with minimal effort on our part. We highly recommend everyone we encountered at Crown. We learned that Andy Mrasz is a relatively new employee here. His name is not available for review on the website so I will add my own here. From the moment our motorhome (mercedes sprinter) arrived by tow truck, we were greeted in the service bay. Upon entering the building Andy was there and willing to help. He took just a few minutes to finish up something else, then immediately was attentive to our needs. He took our information, passed it on to the mechanics and was able to resolve our problem very quickly. He took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and kept informed every step of the way. It was a very quick (under warranty) fix. Andy referred us to Marc for the extended warranty also. Excellent Customer Service!
