Annual Service Purchased a used E350 last year and scheduled service for the first time. The new faculty was impressive as well as Charles Apple the service advisor. The work was performed quickly and a repair/maintenance on the steering column was completed also. This is the first Mercedes I have owned and will defenately will purchase another one from the dealership. More

Made a huge mistake! I made my appointment at lokey thinking it was crown.When I arrived Ryan couldn’t find my appointment and I thought I would have to reschedule.
