I left my SL 550 with Tom for what I thought would be a routine service appointment. However, Tom notified me that there were a couple of additional issues that needed attention, to the tune of several thousand dollars. He then contacted my extended warranty company, arranged for their inspection, and got approval for the work to be done. Meanwhile, I was out of town and Tom kept in touch, and saw that the service was completed by the time I returned. When I picked up the car 2 weeks later, all I owed was for the service I anticipated in the first place. Thanks Tom! More
