Mercedes Service We just had our first service experience at Crown Eurocars for our Mercedes E class. Our advisor was Susan Cardoso. She and the entire staff did an We just had our first service experience at Crown Eurocars for our Mercedes E class. Our advisor was Susan Cardoso. She and the entire staff did an outstanding job. We were warmly greeted by several people who could not do enough to help us with anything. Susan also took the time to help us understand how to operate one on the functions on our car. We also got a lot of help from Wally Abdulla in the sales department. Even though our lease has some months to run, he spent time showing us what options we have for our next vehicle. The entire experience at Crown has been truly superior. Thanks to all. More

Great Customer Service My representative was Charlie Apple. He was very accommodating and friendly. He got me in and out in a very short time. My reason for 4 stars vs. 5 My representative was Charlie Apple. He was very accommodating and friendly. He got me in and out in a very short time. My reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars was not Charlie's fault. First, my appointment was at 9:30am. At 4pm, I still had not been called to tell me what items were found and their cost (if any). My car was under warranty so I think they fixed everything and completed a maintenance that was due. I had to call to find that my car was ready. When I arrived, I was taken care of very quickly and my car was brought around. The car was washed however whoever cleaned my windshield used a dirty rag because when my car was directly in sunlight, I could barely see out of the window. I had to go to a gas station to wash the windshield so I could get home safely. Not a big deal but it would not accurately describe my experience if I gave 5 stars. More
