Great service for a rather minor issue I had a rather minor issue with my CD player (I listen to books on CD a lot), and Charlie Apple jumped right on it! I got an appointment right after I had a rather minor issue with my CD player (I listen to books on CD a lot), and Charlie Apple jumped right on it! I got an appointment right after Hurricane Irma left our area, too. The problem was fixed, Charlie showed me some cool updates to my car, and away I went! Got a nice loaner, too. More
Great service from Pat McFsrland Pat is an outstanding service rep. He is efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and communicates well. I give him a 5* and my salesperson (Dave Siskin) a 5*. The dealership gets a 4 overall. Reason: I don’t think the pre delivery QC was up to Mercedes standards i.e. one of the back seats didn’t spring forward when I tried to use it on day 2. Parts had to be ordered and ultimately the back seat was replaced. There was also grease on one of the seat belt straps and the cargo cover was loose. Pat explained that they QC mechanical things but most likely not the issues I just explained. Out of the 8 days I had the car, it was in the shop 3. I would urge the dealership to broaden their pre delivery QC. More

Because I drive a Benz, I don't have to worry about anything other than the annual stuff and the oil changes. Always reliable and hardly ever any issues with the car. My service experiences are always the same. Make an appointment online (big plus for me), drop the car, pick up the loaner and then get my car a few hours later. Standard pretty much - but the difference is Charlie and Crown's respect of my time. I don't wait at all. Picking up or dropping off is quick and easy. Charlie is a pro as well and stays in touch throughout the time that my car is there. I don't have experience with the other service personnel but I figure they are strong as well. I switched to Crown a few years ago because of my sales rep. But, even after he left the area, I never left. Both sales and service work hard to keep my business and I have secretly shopped their pricing and even without a word from me, I get the best prices. Check them out. T More

When I arrived Patrick was professional addressed my situation and quickly brought my car to be evaluated. It was determined that a part was needed, which was ordered and received the next day. I was given a loaner and picked up my car the next day. Great quick service. More
