I was having my routine maintenance service done on my GLA250 and from the moment I walk thru the door until all is completed I feel welcomed, accommodated, and comfortable. The service is always excellent and I appreciate all of the staff at Crown, especially Charlie Apple in the service Dept. who helped me from beginning to end. Charlie always goes above and beyond and I appreciate his service knowledge if I might have any questions.He is an asset to Crown and I'm glad I have the opportunity to deal with him. Great service and great followup. I bought a new Mercedes SUV. I was from 70 miles away and once I made the deal it was late. Even though the salesman was thorough in the operations of the vehicle, it was way more than I could comprehend in a short period of time. Willie Edmonds, Concierge has gone above and beyond to help me, answer my questions, walk me through learning how to operate some of the technology of the vehicle. Yesterday, not knowing it was his day off I called to ask a question.. He would not allow me hang up and call the next day. Service Plus!! I was trapped in flood waters on 8/31/16 in Bradenton, Florida. I called Mbrace for assistance. They left me stranded!! I called Tom Cammarata at Cr I was trapped in flood waters on 8/31/16 in Bradenton, Florida. I called Mbrace for assistance. They left me stranded!! I called Tom Cammarata at Crown Eurocars for help. He finally got me towed to the dealership. He stayed in contact with me by phone while I was stranded. He got me a loaner car immediately upon arrival at the dealership. While my car was being analyzed, Tom stayed in telephone contact with me. It took several days before the insurance company determined that my 2014 Mercedes 550SL was a total loss because I needed a new engine. Tom assisted my in every way including getting my built-in radar system out of my car. Tom Cammarata and the service department at Crown Eurocars along with Dave Siskin are an important factor in why I bought my new 2017 Mercedes 450SL at Crown! I have worked with Tom Cammarata since '04 and I have such trust and respect for him as I know he will always look out for the safety of my family regarding the maintenance of the vehicle. Very poor follow up and original problem not fixed. Original problem was diagnosed as $2400 fix to an AC problem. As well a Ac flow issue between top vents and bottom vents for additional $1000. I elec Original problem was diagnosed as $2400 fix to an AC problem. As well a Ac flow issue between top vents and bottom vents for additional $1000. I elected to just fix the $2400 AC Compressor issue which I was told would give AC to the Car but only through top vents, When I got car back ~5 days later the AC worked for just two days. When I took car back they said they could not fix without another $1000. This was not what I was originally told but, I had already paid the $2400. Since book value on car was so low I elected to not trust Crown again and eat the loss. I also could not get them to return my calls or Text. Makes me believe they had no confidence in their own diagnosis. They did issue replace car while ours was in the shop - good. They did reply quickly for original fix try - good. Car still has no AC and I'm out $2400 - Unacceptable ! More
