Nice I contacted Crown Jaguar to have repair services done to my Jaguar. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gary T. Sunley. Gary told me to come right in and he will take care of me. Gary was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Gary was able to help me understand the issues that I was having and gave me a plan of action to get it done. When Gary realized that a part had to be ordered, he had a rental car waiting for me (at their expense). As a result of my visit, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the lot. With this Gary, took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the sale from beginning to end. He was available to provide an extra peace of mind and continued excellence of service. THEY FIXED ANOTHER DEALER INCAPACITY OR LACK OF HONESTY. We took our Jaguar to Wilde Jaguar in Sarasota because the car will "shake" when reached 60 miles. We were told that the car had flat spot because we We took our Jaguar to Wilde Jaguar in Sarasota because the car will "shake" when reached 60 miles. We were told that the car had flat spot because we did not drive it enough, (2600 miles) in 6 months. They wanted to sell us a new set of tires, when the car is not a year old. At that time we contacted the Corporate office in NJ and they suggested that we take the car to another dealer. That's when we went to Crown Eurocars. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. They contacted the Corporate Office, and replaced the tires without cost, since they were under warranty. They are honest, professional and hard working people, that don't try to take advantage of older customer like us. THANK YOU KAREN, THANK YOU GARY. More

My vehicle went for the A service, along with a full detail and wiper changes. My car actually looked like showroom new - very impressive - All the best to Tom. I also have been thinking about moving up in calls to the E550. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with John Sauer. My lease is not up for another 8 months, but we have began the talking into looking into finance and maybe choosing a new vehicle. John is very professional, knowledgeable,and not a pushy salesman.
