He was great with follow-up and listening to my needs and never pushy. Agim was just as great in-person when we finally scheduled a visit. He tailored the vehicle to our needs and budget, made great suggestions, sent us videos showing different options and was creative in making the timing work for our needs- we live 500-ish miles away and were trading in a vehicle. Highly recommend Agim Sulemani to anyone looking! More

Without pressuring us, he answered all of our questions and provided great insight on the vehicles we were interested in. From the first phone call, the on-site visit, and test drive, to follow up with customized personal videos about specific models and options, Agim took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and tailored the model we bought to our exact specifications. After the purchase, he coordinated delivery and took care of everything. I can’t speak more highly of him and the team at Crown INEOS. Agim has raised the standard of how a customer should feel purchasing a luxury vehicle! Highly recommend!!! More
