He was straightforward, never pushy, and was able to beat the rates I found after shopping several banks on my own. I ended up with an Eldoret Blue Grenadier, and seeing it in person sealed the deal. The color has a lot more depth than photos capture and looks even better in real life. Overall, it was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've had.
