Bought a used Yukon from this place and the first time I had an issue was a month after purchasing when they still hadn’t paid off my trade in. It was taken care of weeks later. Then the first time I had it detailed, found out they PAINTED my seats! When we called them to ask where we bring it to have it fixed, Grant buns told us there was nothing they were gonna do for me so I can do whatever I see fit! I would NEVER ever purchase from this place again!!! More

We contacted Marcus on the phone on a vehicle we saw online. We live in Kentucky so we needed more help than the typical customer. Where as the sales service at the Ineos division was less that stellar, we ended up purchasing our Ineos at a different dealership. Be that as it may, we are having our Ineos Grenadier services at the Crown that stellar, we ended up purchasing our Ineos at a different dealership. Be that as it may, we are having our Ineos Grenadier services at the Crown service center. The service center is managed by Evan Doel and i wish to mention that Evan has be very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ineos to the extend the Ineos organization itself has allowed Evan to be. Buying a brand new designed car allways create some issues that needs addressing, and our Ineos is no exception, Evan had been very helpful in solving the minor flaws we have encountered with our Grenadier.
