She took the time to carefully go over every question I had and always knew the answer or made sure to find the right information. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly felt that she cared about helping me make the right decision. Kateryna was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. I’m very happy with my Kia Niro and with the entire buying experience. My service advisor, Jake Butler, who was assisting my normal advisor, Tomm Burkart, got me in and out in a very timely manner for my recall issue on fuse in the driver's seat. Kateryna Rydzhak was readily available to answer all of my questions about getting a KIA. I was leaning toward a Sportage but I had no idea what Trim packages and features were available. Kate was extremel my questions about getting a KIA. I was leaning toward a Sportage but I had no idea what Trim packages and features were available. Kate was extremely knowledgeable of all of the features for each of the Trims and years and models. Before our test drive, she took the time to explain all of the features on both of the cars we drove. I never felt the sales pressure you get with most sales persons. She has a genuine passion for cars and getting a person into their dream car. I will absolutely be referring her to my friends. More
