A phenomenal time @ Crown Kia! We came in with a price point and idea and left with all that we wanted and more. The experience was really casual but professional, as well as, friendly and productive. There was no pressuere and easy going. Anthony Scopacasa or "Tony" was definitely a great guide thru the ends and outs of the details. A fantastic salesman who was patient with all questions and shows that he is considerate to the buyers needs. Thank you Tony for a great experience! Oh and the Service area is immaculate and can't wait to come back for an oil change.

Firstly my initial experience with Paul Pavletic in sales was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Paul is the best! Also your finance guy was amazing too. My experience with service has also been great, especially my visit on 9/3.2026. Kendall C was my service advisor. He was very professional but also friendly, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the progress while I waited. I give him a 10 plus!

Salesman does not do what he says - Disappointed customer
Crowne Kia- My salesman Bill told me to bring my car back in for servicing and he would detail & fill it up with gas because it wasn't done when I purchased the vehicle. I called him twice to remind him of my service appointment that he promised me he would give me a loaner for. On the day of my appointment when I called him to let him know that I was here, he acted like he had never spoken to me before. I guess after he sold me the car, he didn't care anymore. I didn't ask for him to do this but he offered it when I purchased the vehicle. Very disappointing when people tell you but don't follow through.
