Self-Serving, Not Customer-Serving *Update! I picked up my car today and, after getting home, realized the dealership falsified the service paperwork to show a shorter time they have he *Update! I picked up my car today and, after getting home, realized the dealership falsified the service paperwork to show a shorter time they have held our car for repair. We dropped it off on Saturday October 5th and it wasn't confirmed "ready" until November 12th. The paperwork says 10/7-11/6. Seriously? Stay tuned. Refusing to replace our transmission, though they admit there is something wrong with it. The car is brand new!! They have had our car for almost 6 weeks and are trying to return it to us, still in disrepair. They want us to eat the cost and hassle of haggling with Kia, instead of doing what is right and teaming with us or fixing the issue and dealing with Kia on their own. I wonder how much money this Crown dealership alone profited last year, and they are screwing the "little guy" because they can. We were referred to this dealership and it has become a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. We are currently in the process of pursuing legal action. Stay away!! More
