Excellent service! I took my 2012 Kia Optima in to Crown Kia for recall services and the process was smooth and simple! I was able to get a shuttle ride home and back to I took my 2012 Kia Optima in to Crown Kia for recall services and the process was smooth and simple! I was able to get a shuttle ride home and back to the dealership to pick up my car after the service was completed, which was very convenient and saved me the cost of an Uber or Lyft. The driver of the shuttle (I didn't catch his name) was very friendly and polite! Big thanks to Dominick Gervato, my Service Advisor! He kept me updated on my car throughout the day and priced out anything I asked from him. Thanks again, I will be back to Crown Kia! More

Great Service - fast and comfortable I scheduled my SOUL for 8 a.m. They took me right away and estimated it would take 90 minutes.
