I took it in for regular preventative maintenance. Nothing at all was wrong! But they told me I needed BG uptake service with my oil and wiper change and tire rotation so ok, here's $300. I get in, start up drive down the road a bit and what's this?! My car has never stalled before. Every time I slow down at a stop sign it's dead. Made my way back to the dealer as carefully as possible hoping not to be rear-ended. Considering that they are located on a major 8 lane artery with full stop lights every 50 yards they really should have finished their job properly. I'm still upset at the risk they took with my life and car. Somebody needs to wake up there and DO THE JOB properly. This may be normal with this job but nobody told ME to expect the car to stall every time I slowed down. Everyone highly professional EXCEPT the mechanics LOL More

She kept me updated about how things were going, made recommendations about things I needed and also told me some things I asked for weren't necessary yet to save me time and money. I was promptly assisted by Michael Stephenson. He informed me that the part was readily available and the repair could be done within the hour. I was shown to the customer waiting lounge until Michael returned, within the hour as promised, to inform me the repair was completed. In addition, he scheduled an appointment for my 30,000 mile maintenance which was due. I was very pleased with Michael's service and the entire Kia experience. More

He explained the recommended service apart from the scheduled maintenance. He was able to complete all the required work within the stipulated time. He patiently answered all my questions and even told me the possible services that are required in my next maintenance based on my vehicle condition. I had a short general conversation with Mr. John Heil who was friendly as well. The waiting area, Wifi, refreshments, and restrooms was maintained well. Overall, I was very happy to service my vehicle at this location and will definitely do all my services here in the future as well.
