Mitsubishi Outlander recall My car had 3 recalls that needed to be fixed, Matt Maynard in the service department needed the car all day and because of 3 recalls he arranged a ren My car had 3 recalls that needed to be fixed, Matt Maynard in the service department needed the car all day and because of 3 recalls he arranged a rental car for me. When Matt called me in the afternoon he advised that they had to order a part and rather than have me drive back and forth he had gotten authorization to extend the rental. My car was in the shop for 3 days but thanks to Matt arranging for a complimentary rental, my inconvenience was minimal. Thank you Matt. More

Mitsubishi Outlander Parking Brake Recall I had a bad experience with this dealership service dept 3 years ago but went in for a recall and they have really stepped up their game now!
