Great Customer Service! I have a 2013. Kia Soul and being single I have to take care of everything myself. I have been going to Crown Kia to get my car serviced for six years I have a 2013. Kia Soul and being single I have to take care of everything myself. I have been going to Crown Kia to get my car serviced for six years. John or Sherry always take care of me and get me in and out as quickly as possible. They explain everything to me and never tell me I need a service done if I don’t. I wouldn’t trust my car to any other dealership. The have a nice waiting area with a tv and WiFi. I look forward to buying my next car from them! More

Warranty Service I bought my Kia Sedona in for recall service work. The service department quickly started the work that was scheduled to take 2 hours. Actually the wo I bought my Kia Sedona in for recall service work. The service department quickly started the work that was scheduled to take 2 hours. Actually the work was completed in 1.5 hours and included washing the exterior of the car. Very pleased with the service. More

"Great Service" My daughter has been searching for the right car for the last couple of weekends. We have been to several dealerships. So, I suggested we should go t My daughter has been searching for the right car for the last couple of weekends. We have been to several dealerships. So, I suggested we should go to Crown Mitsubishi since she wanted to test drive the Mirage. Chris greeted us when we arrived and showed us the new Mirage and the different models available. She like the car but the price was a bit more then we were looking to spend. Chris stated that he had a used one at one of the other lots with only 8k miles. He said he will go get it and bring it over for us to look at and drive. Well, she loved the car and we were able to agree on price. I have bought several cars from Crown and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Chris keep up the GREAT SERVICE!!! More
