At first the gentleman who looked at our trade low balled it, and there was no pressure to buy the sportage, so we came home thought about it and next day we looked at another couple dealers, one Kia and the other a Hyundai. My wife she was really set on the Hyundai since we already bought 3 But my youngest drives a Forte and just Loves it. So we got the really good price at the other Kia dealer and was ready to go back there and get it when we got a call from George the (I think sales Manager) and he knew we were upset about the low ball situation of our trade in a 2009 Santa Fe. Between George and Blake they worked together and came up with a number to please my wife to purchase the new car. Blake was Fantastic when it came to close the deal and Helped us learn the new aspects of the features in the car. He came in on his day off to make sure we understood, the new car features and sign all the papers. James was exceptionally Professional, accomidating and very knowledgable about my needs while not pressuring me prior to my 4 month trip to Montana for the summer. He greeted me back with a text and we got together and he helped me through the process for a second time, including test drives of the cars I was interested in.
