Enjoyable afternoon I dread car repair days more than public speaking opportunities--and I believe public speaking is the absolute top of the "most feared" activities lis I dread car repair days more than public speaking opportunities--and I believe public speaking is the absolute top of the "most feared" activities list by most people. I have been to hundreds of car repair places in search of one that tells me the truth and doesn't pressure me into doing MORE. For instance, before Crown, I went to a tire place near my house. I called ahead for a specific repair; they said bring it over and they would do the repair. I brought it over and they spent an hour looking for other things to fix, quoted me about 2 grand, and then said they did not have time to make the initial repair! AND charged me $50 for the unrequested troubleshooting. Needless to say, I felt taken advantage of, and my trust of car repairmen suffered. Now, Crown Kia is a good 45 minutes drive from my house--not close or convenient--but totally worth the drive. You get what you ask for completed; you can get recommendations, but you are not pressured. And there is no charge to tell you what's wrong! Free chips and water; free cable; free wifi; nice atmosphere to wait in. My wife and I both thought maybe a puzzle on the table would've been fun as we were there 4 hours. Maybe some nicer chairs like they have at Elder Ford. What I like about Crown is they are SERVICE-oriented--and that is unusual. More

First Time Client,....Real good chance that I will Return My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2012 Kia Sorento XS. This Vehicle was in excellent condition, The Previous Owners took pride in the Vehicle,a My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2012 Kia Sorento XS. This Vehicle was in excellent condition, The Previous Owners took pride in the Vehicle,and, it was evident. In fact, the owners were so regimented about service, (all records of Service were available), that just about anyone would ascertain the care taken for the Vehicle, and by whom. In short, Crown Kia was the main source for Service. So as I was looking over the numerous Tickets, I knew who I would probably be taking my vehicle back to, for Service. I live in Largo, they are in St. Pete. So, we soon had a few Dash Lites that came on, that shouldn't have came on, so I called to schedule a Service. I made my appointment with Sherry, who was excellent in assuring me of the decision I was making, and then my point person was Eric Walls. I found out that my problem was a recall issue, that actually started with the Original Owner. As such, we/ I finished it. All went without a Hitch, all contacts at Kia were Professional to the max. Great waiting area. The Employees even appeared to be Happy, and like there job. Better yet, they even appeared to like the Customers they were servicing. I will be back, even if it is only to change the oil. Yes, I could get it done closer to home, but, I like Happy People. I don't see enough of those.... More

Journey to a Dream Ride I pulled into the Kia Mitsubishi dealership by mistake on Sunday, Sept 23rd, I wanted to look at KIA Optimas next door. Realized my mistake immediat I pulled into the Kia Mitsubishi dealership by mistake on Sunday, Sept 23rd, I wanted to look at KIA Optimas next door. Realized my mistake immediately but was greeted by Craig Osorio, a Sales Assoc, I was actually getting in my car to leave. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He pointed out a beautiful 2016 Optima parked in front of store. He guided me through the features very casually and I appreciated there was no pressure. He reached out to me and his Finance Manager, Todd Johnson, that week so we could come to terms. Todd welcomed me next door to the Kia dealership. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the entire experience. Craig coordinated a time to drive the car and I loved it!! This car buying experience was seamless. Easy car shopping for a change. I showed up at Crown Kia on Sunday and had already narrowed my search down to 2 models---Met Andrew, got a better than expected offer on my trade, saw I showed up at Crown Kia on Sunday and had already narrowed my search down to 2 models---Met Andrew, got a better than expected offer on my trade, saw prices for the 2 models that were pretty much with what I was expecting, and went home to mull it over---Came back Monday AM for more test drives and to pick out the color---There was no hassle or pressure---I'm completely comfortable with the experience, happy with my new Sportage, never felt pressured by anyone, and would gladly recommend Andrew (salesman) and Jorge (sales manager) to anybody wanting to buy a new car and not wondering if it's going to be stressful---Kirk.
