Though young Julian Bitar was not assigned to our appointment, he did everything in his power to make sure we got in and out in a jiffy, being that we had no idea it would take 2:30 hours and we had brought our dog along the way. He was attentive and explained all the service options for me with ease and in a matter that didn't feel pushy. He was very welcoming and 100% customer oriented. The rest of the staff were super cool as well, I don't remember the lady's name that gave our puppy snacks...but oh yeah...that made her day!!! It's my first time servicing my vehicle here but Julian made a difference. We'll definitely be back. More

He had my paperwork available when I came in for my appointment, gave me an accurate estimate on replacing my brake light and the car was ready when he said it would be. Most of the work was for a recall but very impressed by service. Will definitely use again. More

Each time movin I love this dealership and Mr. Z!! I started out with Crown Kia 5 years ago, driving in with a beast of a car. I am now on my 3rd Kia! Each time moving up the "luxury" ladder. Today, I am driving a 2017 Cadenza and I am in love, love, love! Mr. Z is not only awesome at what he does, he listens to your needs and wants and provides the best possible outcome. It isn't about 'making the sale' but making the customer happy. I love Mr. Z and I love my crown family. More

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Period. I rarely take the time to rate my experience with any purchase but yesterdays visit to Crown Kia changed that. These guys are a couple of the nicest helpful fellas you could ever ask to help you make a significant purchase. They took the time to listen to what we were looking then explained to Lori and I all of the options available in not only the model we were eye balling but how we might be able to get a better value with another. At the end of the day we drove out with a gorgeous Kia Cadenza at an incredibly discounted lease rate. We were not looking to lease and wiithout James and Blake's helpful guidance we never would have realized the value that was there. My finance manager was awesome as well he gave me very helpful information that will give me in the right direction dealing with my car.
