Twice Now Loan Paper Work not submitted correctly Crown Kia, twice now has not put our Car Loan information through. The bank contacted them over a month before I knew what happen with both the first Crown Kia, twice now has not put our Car Loan information through. The bank contacted them over a month before I knew what happen with both the first and second loan for more information. When I confronted them and point blank said, "You talk to the bank. The bank will tell you what additional information is required. And from that time to now, you never emailed, texted, and called. Instead I only found out because I called about the incorrect information you told me when I purchased the 'Maintenance' contract." Their response? "We're telling you now, so you have to take care of it." Over thirty days later. This happen twice now with two different loans. They miscommunicated he first loan and now the second. Plus they miscommunicated about the Maintenance contract. The first time I found out about the first Loan was from a casual happenstance that I was picking up the car and the Loan Officer was on the side of the road said, "Hey you know the Loan is not finalized." Mind you I had the car for over two months. K.K. fixed everything. It was still a stressful experience I would not wish on anyone when buying a new car. More
