These guys are a couple of the nicest helpful fellas you could ever ask to help you make a significant purchase. They took the time to listen to what we were looking then explained to Lori and I all of the options available in not only the model we were eye balling but how we might be able to get a better value with another. At the end of the day we drove out with a gorgeous Kia Cadenza at an incredibly discounted lease rate. We were not looking to lease and wiithout James and Blake's helpful guidance we never would have realized the value that was there. He was patient and kind and answered and explained every detail to me concerning my new car. He was very helpful when I started I wanted new insurance and he called up someone for me to get a quote. I appreciate the time he took to make sure that I was happy with my decision. My finance manager was awesome as well he gave me very helpful information that will give me in the right direction dealing with my car. This is my 2nd car from Crown Kia and I'm delighted to have them on my team. My experience was amazing. I can't find the finance manager name or picture to rate him but he is 5 stars as well. Twice Now Loan Paper Work not submitted correctly Crown Kia, twice now has not put our Car Loan information through. The bank contacted them over a month before I knew what happen with both the first Crown Kia, twice now has not put our Car Loan information through. The bank contacted them over a month before I knew what happen with both the first and second loan for more information. When I confronted them and point blank said, "You talk to the bank. The bank will tell you what additional information is required. And from that time to now, you never emailed, texted, and called. Instead I only found out because I called about the incorrect information you told me when I purchased the 'Maintenance' contract." Their response? "We're telling you now, so you have to take care of it." Over thirty days later. This happen twice now with two different loans. They miscommunicated he first loan and now the second. Plus they miscommunicated about the Maintenance contract. The first time I found out about the first Loan was from a casual happenstance that I was picking up the car and the Loan Officer was on the side of the road said, "Hey you know the Loan is not finalized." Mind you I had the car for over two months. K.K. fixed everything. It was still a stressful experience I would not wish on anyone when buying a new car. More
