They Immediately introduced me to a nice gentleman (service advisor) Julian Bitar. Within minutes Julian had already diagnosed and discussed some of the "possibilities" that could be leading to the "noise problems" my car is having. He went the extra mile to see if any "Factory"warranties were still in effect on my car. It turns out the trouble with my car was a minor problem and he had the part I needed within a few days. I think because of his dedication and honesty he saved me money and a lot of time. In my opinion I felt like he really cared and went the "Extra Mile" for me. It is a small dealership nestled right into the neighborhood. The whole place gives you the warm comfortable feeling of home.
