I went to Crown just to test drive a Kia Soul as I was looking to replace a car that had been totaled. Not really knowing I wanted a new car the salesman, Joshua Ayoob, was knowledgeable, kind, and really listened to my situation. We drove the car but I went home to do some research, read tons of reviews, and I reached out to 13 other Kia dealers around the state of Florida. After 1 week of emailing, talking, and texting, I decided that Crown had my best interest in mind, and they were very open to negotiation. This made me feel like I was in charge of buying my car and not the other way around. The "buying a car" experience was very pleasant at Crown Kia. Is approach to me and my friend in the Kia lot made me feel comfortable from the start. Tony showed me the cars both new and used that interested me. He asked questions that helped decide what was best for my driving needs and once clarified, we went for a drive, actually two: a Niro and a Soul. He explained some of the features without making the cars out to be the one I "had to own." There was no pressure to buy the top of the line vehicles, though he shared information about some of the features. He answered all of my questions and found answers to the few he was unsure of. I ended up finding the car of my dreams... the Niro, at a price I could deal with and with features I needed. He impressed my friend who drove me to the dealership. She hopes one day to replace her car and will gladly work with Mr. Singleton to do so. The entire experience offered at Crown Kia was on the mark. Thank you all. More
