So refreshing to deal with Sherry after experience I had buying tires at Kauffman tire and their hard sell scare tactics, you won't find that kind of nonsense with Sherry or Crown Kia. More

great job My husband and I stpped at Kia to look at some new vans. We have own 2 Kia sedona's in the past. We were met by Joshua Ayoob salesman. We looked at th My husband and I stpped at Kia to look at some new vans. We have own 2 Kia sedona's in the past. We were met by Joshua Ayoob salesman. We looked at the new sorento and found it didnt have adequate leg room for my husband. Joshua was helpful with information on what vehecles would better suit the leg room issue, We tested 3 different vehicles and with the one on one he gave us we decided to buy a sorento. He also gave other good information on better insurance and web sites for parts for our older KIa. He took time with us and wasnt in a hurry to brush us off and move on to the next person. We normally deal with Countryside KIA because past experience St pete KIA never had the time of day for being heplful. Maybe they finally get it and have better sales peaple on staff now. Just as Sherry did, Julian got me checked in, i I came to have my oil changed, and since Sherry (my go-to-gal) was at lunch, Julian Bitar helped me. I went to Crown just to test drive a Kia Soul as I w Crown Kia in St. Petersburg offered exceptional service from the moment I stepped on the car lot. I went to Crown just to test drive a Kia Soul as I was looking to replace a car that had been totaled. Not really knowing I wanted a new car the salesman, Joshua Ayoob, was knowledgeable, kind, and really listened to my situation. We drove the car but I went home to do some research, read tons of reviews, and I reached out to 13 other Kia dealers around the state of Florida. After 1 week of emailing, talking, and texting, I decided that Crown had my best interest in mind, and they were very open to negotiation. This made me feel like I was in charge of buying my car and not the other way around. The "buying a car" experience was very pleasant at Crown Kia. Kudos to Joshua and the Crown team that made me a very happy Kia Soul owner! More
