However, the most pleasant part of the experience was our interaction with Sam Wright. He spent a lot of time test-driving several vehicles, answering our many questions and working with us even on his off-day, and his no-pressure approach was an extremely refreshing change after our time spent at several Tampa Bay area dealerships. Sam even offered to come in on his off-day to work on a particular deal we were interested in. We ended up finding a vehicle better suited to our needs elsewhere, but you can be sure that our first stop next time we need a vehicle will be Crown Mitsubishi - and Sam. More
