New 2016 Kia Sedona purchased at Crown in St. Petersburg, FL I first did a search for the Kia Sedona that I wanted on "TrueCar.com." Three of my local Kia dealers came up with the prices of comparable cars in my I first did a search for the Kia Sedona that I wanted on "TrueCar.com." Three of my local Kia dealers came up with the prices of comparable cars in my search criteria. Crown Kia was the lowest price and the only silver van in stock. Then I was contacted by Will Kattaria, a Sales Rep there, who wanted to get more info from me, The next day, I called Will and told him I was on my way to talk with him. Will Kattaria is a very mellow, professional, and helpful young man. He was able to get the price down to the monthly payments that I needed, without a lot of back and forth negotiations with his boss, as some Sales Reps do. While I was signing the paperwork, Will had taken my Cellphone outside to program the new Van's Bluetooth with my contacts. He then showed me all the features of the new van and helped me transfer all "my stuff" from the old van. I would recommend Will Kattaria at Crown Kia if you are ever looking to buy a new car. More

Poor Detailing of pre-owned vehicle Bill Simons was the original salesman we worked with and he went above and beyond locating the vehicle we wanted When we went to close the deal Bill Bill Simons was the original salesman we worked with and he went above and beyond locating the vehicle we wanted When we went to close the deal Bill was closing another deal and we worked with Will Kattaria - the process was easy. Will promised that he would see the car was detailed when we picked it up. When we picked the vehicle up the next day it was not detailed as promised but we took it home anyway. I have since vacuumed the vehicle and found crumbs in between the stitching of the seats, dog hair on the back of the third row seat and a woman's bracelet under the front passenger seat. So, vehicle was obviously not detailed. More
