He followed up with me over the next week via text which I loved and answered any questions I had. The paperwork and finance stuff was easy and fast. When I brought the car in for tinting I was given a car to borrow while it was being done, it was so nice to not have to have my schedule interrupted for car stuff. Really we could not have had a better experience. So happy!! I definitely recommend this dealership. And thank you! More

Very poor customer service and deceitful advertisement. My wife and I were returning Crown customers until now. We had bought and leased two vehicles back in 2013, with a most pleasurable and satisfying experience. So naturally, now that I am in the market for a new vehicle, I returned to Crown to once again purchase a vehicle. I was searching for an economical, small sedan to drive back and forth to work. I found a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer on the Crown website, for $7,400. I called and confirmed that the vehicle was in fact still available and the price was accurate. I go to the dealership, inspect the car and test drive it and then proceed to go inside to work out the details. I asked the sales person if there were any military incentives as I am active duty Air Force. He says he'll take my information and talk to the sales manager. After waiting 20 minutes, I am informed that the price on the website is incorrect and I will actually have to pay over $9,000 for the vehicle. I said that was way too much and the reason I was attracted to the vehicle was the price. He relays that to the sales manager, and returns and says well if you don't pay that, what are you going to do about a car?? Is Crown my only option in town?? I think not. Sorry Crown, you have severely disappointed me in your handling of this situation, your falsely advertising a price for a vehicle, and my wife and I will now take our business elsewhere. More
