Love My KIA! Kelly Long is an excellent service advisor at KIA. He helped me with my tire warranty. It was so easy. Worse Customer service ever..I bought a brand new 2015 kia soul from them in November last year. The leather seats are coming apart from where the seatbelt rubs it. They of ever..I bought a brand new 2015 kia soul from them in November last year. The leather seats are coming apart from where the seatbelt rubs it. They offer to fix it for a one time as a curiosity,they state that is is normal wear and tare. Really??? l the car is less than 6 months old. I have been a loyal Kia customer this is my 3rd new kia. and they have lost my business forever. I will never refer anyone to buy a kia. They so called roadside service is a joke.. It is only valid if they tow you to the dealer so the can charge 10xs as much on repairs you can get else were for just a fraction of the price. More
