An Awesome Experience!!! We did not go back to the Lockey dealer to buy our new car-the Kia Soul- as their customer service department is extremely rude. I've been talked rudely to 3 out of 5 visits-we have a lifetime oil change with them. The Lockey KIA team in Clearwater should take some lessons in customer service from John. While buying a new Soul for myself, my husband and I talked to John Katechis about my husband's 2007 KIA. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and John even beat the timeline quoted. Our experience with John has now made Crown Kia our place to come to for any repairs on our Sportage. Buying my new SOUL, the salesperson Jon Longley was very knowledgeable about the SOUL. Eric helped get us a great finance rate, and Sasan walked us through the warrenty aspects and all the paperwork. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience! We looked over two dealerships before we came to Kia. I found that we were in good hands, which really made a big difference as to who to buy from. Zornaco kept making the options better and better till we decided yes! Now I really want this car. I got everything I wanted. Shahili made finance options that would have been great, but we didn't need, but he was very good at covering all details in finance and warranties. I found the whole experience very positive and look forward to having my car serviced there. I highly recommend Zoranco and Sahili. More
