Trade in on old lease for new optima lease This was my first time working with Crown Kia. I had originally gone in a few months back and was looking to upgrade once I got out of my current leas This was my first time working with Crown Kia. I had originally gone in a few months back and was looking to upgrade once I got out of my current lease. I worked with Justin and he did a good job of being persistent with me, but the type where I felt like he was being over aggressive. We searched around for a few other models and makes, but ultimately decided to go back to Crown and worked out a deal with Justin and his team. We were happy and the transaction was smooth and painless. Part of the deal was an agreement to have a back up camera installed to the car. Justin was honest on his word and it was completed in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend him if you want a good and honest deal. More

Hailey Coppola saved our vacation!! We were in St. Pete for vacation when the malfunction indicator went on. Although we did have to wait for the part due to a holiday we still were able to enjoy sight seeing and the beach with the rental car. Hailey is the best and treats you better than a customer - she treats you like family!!! Needless to say I guess this vacation was meant for us to stop at Kia again because up in Perry, GA on our way back the tire pressure light kept coming on - thinking it was a slow leak we stopped at Kia there where we needed to have a new tire put on. Deb helped me to find the cars I was looking for and didn't mind me checking them out to my heart's content. She was more than helpful, with no pressure at all for me to buy something. I took a test ride in a car, and decided to think about it for a couple of days, Deb was absolutely fine with that. I returned a few days later to buy the car. Deb was fine when I asked to take a second test drive in the car, but as we were ready to take off, I knew this was THE car. No second test drive necessary. Long story short, Crown Kia was fine, and the car is perfect, but Deb was the real highlight of my buying experience. She is gracious, smart, funny, and very helpful.
