I cannot begin to express how great my experience was with Kia and my salesman, Zoranco. I am a female and always get nervous when car shopping, but knew the time had come to get a new car. I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to look at the Kia Optima and that I wanted to explore the lease option. Zoranco did not try to pressure me into another vehicle and did not try to “up sale” me into that was out of my price range. Not only was Zoranco (Z) very knowledgeable about the car, he was incredibly patient as I was looking at the different styles and debating on what color I wanted, etc. Everyone (service personnel and the finance dept.) worked wonderfully to make sure I walked out of the door extremely happy. Everyone I met at Crown Kia was very friendly and easy going. I LOVE my car and would recommend Crown Kia to everyone who is looking for a new car. HE PROVIDED ME WITH ALL MY BUYING OPTIONS A IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BY TONY SCOPASA WHO PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT BEING A "SALESMAN". HE PROVIDED ME WITH ALL MY BUYING OPTIONS AND AFTER CONSULTING WITH NICK SALERNO GAVE ME A BOTTOM LINE PRICE THAT WAS WITHIN MY BUDGET. I BOUGHT THE RIO FOR MY WIFE. I went to 4 other dealerships who informed me (usually more than once) that most people pick the vehicle online and submit their current vehicle for appraisal online. I did my research but I must be old fashion, I wanted to actually see some different cars, drive a few and then decide. Tom was literally the 1st person in 2 weeks of shopping to take the time and walk me through different vehicles & options. The only difficult part of the purchase was that I paid full internet posted price, they were not able to work with me on the asking price. They also only offered me $2,500 below blue-book trade-in value for my truck and would not budge. I also read later that there were “doc” fees & “non-taxable” fees of $747 added to the price but I assume that’s normal. I really liked the vehicle and Cubby was very helpful, so I have a new car. We actually drove two hours to pick up the car when it was available here in the city we live in. Tony is the reason we decided to buy from Crown Kia. We couldnt be happier with the choice we made with our Kia Optima, it has the dual sunroofs and the sound system to boot!! The dealership experiences I have had here were not of good quality compared to other competitors. I recently had an A.C. problem and took my car in on the weekend of June 29th. I was later told that they had to order a part and the part would come in a few days. The gentleman who was the service manager (Evan) which I later found out reschedule me an appointment for July 6 the following Saturday at 8 am. When I arrived at 8 am at-least 6 persons were ahead of me and some had no appointment. I waited a half hour just to get up to the desk and have the lady representative (Sherry) on duty that the guy from last week did not schedule me.I can tell you I was displeased because I already have had past experiences with this dealership services this did not make me happy or confident. She did however take my car and said that the part was there and would get it done that morning. I also have had my regular oil change awhile back and the usual inspection that comes with the package deal. The next day I went to clean my windows and no wiper fluid came out the system. I checked under the hood and saw that there was very little fluid. I refilled and tried again but the fluid system did not work. I again took my car in and found out that the motor that ejects the fluid was bad and I would have to make another appointment while the part was ordered. If they would of done the inspection that was part of the package oil change this would of been caught by the serviceman. I lost confidence that what I am paying for I am getting. They also always try to up sell me to get something else done as a service. Rather this is part of car maintenance this service center makes me wonder if I am getting ripped off. More
