This is my second Kia and my second purchase from this dealership and salesman, Mike Maccini--and I could not be happier! Mike sold me a 2010 Kia Soul several years back and treated me quite well. I feel very comfortable with him and love his informative but low pressure demeanor--high pressure sales makes me want to run for the hills! I maintained my Soul through this dealership and would often see Mike as I waited during my service visit (which were also always very professionally handled to my satisfaction). He was great about keeping me informed of my options, which did finally lead me to trading in my Soul as it hit 75,000 miles. When I visited the dealership earlier this week--I actually walked in as they were closing--Mike took the time and stayed late to walk me through a ballpark estimate to trade in my Soul for a new Optima. We started preliminary paperwork and I returned the following evening to complete the transaction. Other than a little bit of an understandable wait for the finance manager to finish up with another customer, the process was smooth and I drove home happily in my new Optima. I would readily recommend Mike and Crown Kia to anyone looking to purchase a Kia--very professional, courteous and customer-oriented. More

Flew in from out of state for a car I found online. Price was good. Car was great. The salesmen were very patient as my daughter was deciding between the car I found online and another car at the lot. They w was good. Car was great. I was disappointed in the used car office. Bath room, building, and offices were not clean. I was told they were going to knock down building and move to another so maybe this is not an issue anymore. The car was clean but did not have a recent oil change. Felt like the car should have been detailed a bit to include an oil change. Over all it was a good experience but only due to the salesmen. More
