I had my vehicle serviced at this location as I always do.I have been very fortunate to have Michael Stephenson as my service advisor and I couldn't be more pleased with him.His daily communication on pro do.I have been very fortunate to have Michael Stephenson as my service advisor and I couldn't be more pleased with him.His daily communication on progress of my vehicle was amazing.His attention to detail when explaining the purpose and reasoning behind the services I was receiving was unlike any I have ever experienced. I felt like family with him and was never pressured into a service I didn't need. He walked me step by step through the factory warranty process as well as explained the specific requirements needed to keep my vehicle in tip top shape.I recommend him to anyone that is unsure about who and where to get service.Hes honest,funny, fair and by his behavior, definitely a man of God .thank u Michael for taking care of me . John Heila / KIA Sportage John Heil was our adviser and he went above and beyond. When dropping off our Sportage it was after hours and he was still at work and greeted my husb John Heil was our adviser and he went above and beyond. When dropping off our Sportage it was after hours and he was still at work and greeted my husband and I. He noted our concerns and promised to keep us up to date with the work which he did so faithfully. Working with John was a 5 star experience. One concern was that the sensor we needed replaced was out of stock so we will need to make another trip to the dealership to have this warranty issue resolved. Everyone in the service department was friendly, polite and professional. the only detractor was that our primary concern was unresolved and it bothers me that we are asked to give a great review. John earned a great review and deserves one, asking for one seems "cheap". Any disappointment is with the dealership as I suspect the advisor has no control over the parts inventory. More
