I met Andrew Turner at the door planning to explore car buying options since I was in the neighborhood and early in my search for a car. The first thing that seemed remarkable was that he was more intent on listening and less on selling. But his response was also remarkable in that he tried to offer me several options that might best meet my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured and when I asked more complex questions about finance or features he had clear, concise answers right away. He truly helped me make an informed decision and I bought a car that afternoon. Andrew Turner has remained a resource for me and has responded to some follow up email questions.
