All about the customer I contacted CJ Sexton concerning a used vehicle and offering a trade in. From that moment I felt like I was their center of attention and I was worth I contacted CJ Sexton concerning a used vehicle and offering a trade in. I made the 3 hour trip the next day to complete the purchase of an incredible, certified used non Mercedes vehicle. I walked in and was greeted by CJ Sexton very timely, he had another customer at that time but his courtesy was noticed immediately. Shortly after an introduction with CJ, I was introduced to Sales Manager Ralph Burgess, and again I felt like I was their top priority. I was not there to buy a new Mercedes, but they made me feel as if I was driving away with their top of the line car. I then finished with Ashli in finance who was very personable and accommodating. 3 for 3 , how many times does anyone get that kind of respect nowadays from sales representatives, at Crown I did ! I have purchased many cars new and used, and I have never felt this much professional courtesy from any dealership I have done business with. I cannot stop there, as I looked over the vehicle just finishing being detailed, the young man working drying the car was pleasant as well. Obviously this dealership , from top to bottom , takes care of their employees who then pass that right on , even to the customer from out of state , who bought a used car with an older trade in.
