Great experience with my first Mercedes Benz purchase This is my first Mercedes as well as my first experience working with Crown. I worked with Ralph Burgess and CJ Sexton and they both made and they made me feel at ease with this purchase. I originally wanted a Mercedes but settled for a Lexus and I regretted that purchase. I saw an ML350 on their website and was unable to get to the dealership fast enough as this vehicle was sold when I finally made it tot he dealership. Both Ralph and CJ felt bad that I was unable to see this car that they promised me they would find me the same vehicle. Within two days Ralph found a vehicle and it was on their lot ready for me to see. CJ sent me pictures as well as what options the car had. Within a 5 day period I was in my new Mercedes ML350 and am glad I finally got what I truly wanted. Through the whole process CJ kept me updated and when I took possession of the car CJ did an excellent job explaining how to utilize all of the features this car has to offer. More
