On the few occasions that this 16 year old Mercedes has had other than normal maintenance issues, Todd has shown a keen ability to nail down the solution based on just a brief description of the problem. I knew where my car was parked when I was picking it up today and proceeded to walk toward it as I left Todd's office. He insisted on coming with me to make certain that the car was properly cleaned before I departed. it is the little things that make such a difference in service experiences. He referred me to Ralph Burgess. From the very beginning Ralph was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the E350 line. I told Ralph that I had ruled out purchasing another Mercedes due to a very unpleasant experience at another Mercedes dealership. But 2 cars/test drives later....I'm again sold on Mercedes. Ralph even went the extra step of coming to my home on "his" off day to program my garage door opener! Now how many salesmen would have done that? I've only had my car for 3 days but I love it. I can't think of another luxury car I'd rather have. Finance advisor Jonathan Lyle-Purdy was a joy to work with as well. Even though I'd purchased many many cars new and used before....he took the time to explain with expertise every document and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I will refer my family and friends to Crown Eurocars of Dublin and I will definitely be a repeat customer. No other car makes you feel like a Benz does. :-) More
