Sorry for the late review (stumbled upon this page looking for dealer hours). We came in and the wife test drove the big Merc. (shopping for her). He went through all the options and told us what is good and is not. Even suggested other vehicles and even other manufacturers. I have never owned a Mercedes so he answered all my questions including cost of service and upkeep. The negotiations where short and sweet. We got a great price considering we had our Ipad and searching dealer stock during the transaction (300 radius). We bought the car and while the car was going in to be prepped before we took it home, he turned on the tv for our son and gave him a snack(when I say short and sweet, when you have a 4 year old son with you and need to keep him on the clock before he gets bored then you know what I mean on how effortless this purchase was). Weeks later Andrew gave us a follow up phone call to check in, and we stated we could not figure out the garage door opener and guess what, he came over and fixed it!! Andrew was great I would not call him a salesman but more of representative of what Mercedes is as a company. Also, last year my cousin was in town wanting to buy a Mercedes, we went and saw Andrew and went through the inventory. He did not have a combination of color and model in stock (it was a special color and the other Mercedes dealer did not have it either) for my impatient cousin who wanted a Mercedes that day. He was still pleasant with us and thanked us for coming in. We have referred him to our friends and co-workers and if he is not in I tell them to wait till he is working.
