Hello Jim, The car was purchased on 6-8-2013 and an email advising the cigarette smell was sent to Tom on 6-24-2013 but was disregarded and rudely responded to, along with the spare tire concern and other problems I was already experiencing. It was stated in numerous emails that I was not willing to drive an hour to Crown because of health concerns; although you offered a pick up service I again did not feel comfortable having any of your staff handle my car without my presence. I believe that an inspection could have been completed on my property where I could have been present but this was not an option. So since I was unable to resolve this issue, I had to sell the car leaving me with negative equity of $4193.00 and tons of wasted time to the tune of about 1 year. I started my search for the Cadillac CTS in early 2013 and ended conversations with you in March 2014. Not only am I out all that time and money, but this has been a stressful nightmare and I also am out $382 for a spare tire that I was promised from the day I purchased the car but was never settled and won't be because I refuse to remove my 100% true negative review and sign a release of liability. I can say that since I have gotten rid of the Cadillac I have been feeling much better, I almost feel like a new woman after months of suffering debilitating migraines, dizziness, and other health related issues. It's like I am free to live life again with my family and not feel like crap all the time because of the smell of cigarette smoke, which for me makes me very sick. J
