He listened and promised to get answers about cars' availability. Car I wanted had a probable buyer, but the vehicle I was interested in does not stay on inventory long, and I was not surprised to find seriously interested buyer already there. Grady stayed on the case for my car...when the other interested buyer dropped out, Grady called and I ran over to see it. Grady had car waiting for me in front of dealership. I drove over 60 miles to see this car, and I was prepared with financing approval. Grady was very helpful, thorough, and his stewardship of my purchase was spot-on, time responsive, and he coordinated all the steps to get me out the door that same day. I purchased my first Merced an amazing experience which is usually not the case. I started working with this dealership through a referral last fall. I purchased my first Mercedes Benz GLK and we love it. Recently we decided a few months ago that we should add one additional car for our family since our children are beginning to drive. We called Cj and then stopped by after a few calls and texts back and forth because he had the perfect car for us in the price range we needed come in. I did not know it at first, but his manager Tom worked hard to find it for us. Needless to say we trusted Cj and Crown that we came in briefly looked at it and went on a short drive. The price had already been negotiated and we were running late to our daughters practice and still made it on time. My wife and I tell everyone about Crown and how you are treated like a friend or family member. While we were waiting we talked with Tom about our dogs and connected on areas that we had all lived at one point. Each of our visits whether it be in sales or service have been great. If you are looking for a great place to feel like more then an in and out "number" after you sign then you definitely have to visit this dealership. He made it very easy from the beginning – configuring and ordering our car, all the way to the end delivering the car to us. He always kept us appraised of the status of the car and communicated throughout the 60 or so days it took from the time we ordered the car and the time we received it. Even though we had a good financing option he took it upon himself to get us a better financing option at the dealership. When taking delivery we had some timing constraints and Mike offered to drive the car over to our house for delivery in the late evening if we could not pick it up (Thanks Mike!!) . I was interested in a Mercedes E350, saw the on-line lease offers, and went to visit. The car and the dealership sold itself from the friendly staff, to their willingness to work with me on price, to t lease offers, and went to visit.
