Working with CJ was a joy from beginning to end--and a revelation. I have never experienced any sales opportunity where a salesman consistently anticipated not only my questions but my needs and desires; revelation. He is extraordinarily accommodating, making himself available to help in any way, including answering boneheaded questions from me, at night or on weekends. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction, knowing the car inside out, even thought it's a somewhat unusual model, and understanding the complications of financing. I generally hate buying a new car, and do it reluctantly, because the process is generally so unpleasant. But spending the necessary time with CJ was a joy. He is really lovely company--clever, quick, polite without being stodgy, and slightly saucy without ever being inappropriate. I'm ready to invite him over for dinner. I can't imagine a better representative for the brand. It needs to be said that the other members of the sales team my husband and I met at Crown Eurocars were impressively friendly and helpful. Since we just bought the car, we haven't had a chance to experience the various aspects of service, but I am confident that we will be well taken care of and more than satisfied. More

The repair process was explained in great detail avoiding any sudden and unexpected charges. As you might expect, emergency repairs aren't necessary the best experience. With slim hopes of getting a loaner car, I got one. Doubts about when the car would be completed - within 24 hrs. I can't say enough about my experience with Crown. But, it all started and ended with Justin Dill. Crown future looks bright with Justin in the Service Department. More

Mike Antauer has been a huge help with my search for a new car. I decided on Mercedes-Benz and Mike after a bad experience at another brands dealership.
