When my wife wanted to look for a new SUV, we decided to check with a myriad of dealers in the area. We looked at MAG (Porsche and Range Rover), we looked at Kelly BMW, and we looked at Germain Mercedes at check with a myriad of dealers in the area. We looked at MAG (Porsche and Range Rover), we looked at Kelly BMW, and we looked at Germain Mercedes at Easton. The customer service provided by Mr. Tony Ramirez and the entire staff at Crown was far superior to the other dealers that we visited. Tony was always more than willing to respond to all of my questions (and he did so in a very timely manner). He gave me his cell phone number and offered us to call or email him anytime with any questions that we may have during the process. He even offered to drive a new M class to my house to ensure that it would fit in the garage before we finalized our order. We visited Crown on multiple occasions with a young child and Tony was very accommodating for my family. He never lost patience with us. When we went back to Crown (after about a month of looking at the competition), he still remembered my wife's name, daughter's name, my profession, and other items that we talked about on our first visit. This type of service is what prompted us to choose Crown over other dealers in the area. I have promoted and recommended Tony to friends and family and will continue to do so. More
I purchased a 2012 M350 from Tony in November 2011. Tony was willing to take the time I required in order to be comfortable with the options and features available and the associated costs and benefits. Fro was willing to take the time I required in order to be comfortable with the options and features available and the associated costs and benefits. From test drive through final purchase, over a few days, Tony was helpful and professional. He has also done a fine job of follow-up after the sale. I would recommend Tony and Crown. More
I purchased a 2008 S 550 from Crown Motorcars, located in Dublin Ohio, after seeing the car on the internet. The car had only 10k miles so I thought it should be in pretty good condition. I only used picture Dublin Ohio, after seeing the car on the internet. The car had only 10k miles so I thought it should be in pretty good condition. I only used pictures and the salesman's description to make my buying decision. After receiving the vehicle I can say that it was as promised and as described. The transaction went as it was supposed to go and as I hoped it would go. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the level of attention that was given to me every step of the way. Also, Andrew Ruck the salesman i dealt with was very attentive, non-pushy and addressed all my requests and concerns in a professional manor. More

I just bought my first Mercedes-Benz from Andy Wetz at Crown Eurocars. I had the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Andy was patient with all of my questions (and there were a lot of the Crown Eurocars. I had the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Andy was patient with all of my questions (and there were a lot of them!) He didn't pressure me or rush the process. Even after the sale Andy has been more than kind and patient with me. Everyone at Crown is super friendly and you can tell they love the cars that they sell. Oh, and I LOVE the free car washes! Thank you Andy Wetz and Crown for making the whole process a JOY! More
I had a milestone year and decided to reward myself with a Mercedes-Benz. Crown Eurocars is here in my hometown and from the minute I walked in they treated my purchase like the celebration that it was. Thi a Mercedes-Benz. Crown Eurocars is here in my hometown and from the minute I walked in they treated my purchase like the celebration that it was. This was September 2011, and although I had driven past Crown many times to admire the machinery, I didn't even know where to park! The first person I met was Tony Ramirez and handled my deal throughout the process. Even when I changed my mind and changed it back, Tony was honest with me, patient with me, and he met our pace - detailed with me, visionary with my wife. I truly enjoyed shopping at Crown, and I'll be back there for my next Mercedes-Benz - I certainly will get another one! More
Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. The sales representative that greeted us was blatantly rude to our face. We walked into the dealership to be greeted by Tony Ramirez. This was the seco sales representative that greeted us was blatantly rude to our face. We walked into the dealership to be greeted by Tony Ramirez. This was the second time we had been into the dealership as we were there the prior weekend buying a car for my parents. During this time I found a car I liked in which we were coming back to buy the vehicle for my wife. Mr. Ramirez showed us four cars the prior weekend. We had little interaction then just passing off dealer plates and keys since we had another representative that was working with my parents. We left that weekend to think about our decision. When we came back this weekend he said "don't I know you from somewhere?", when we walked in the door. We said yes you helped show us some cars last weekend for my parents. He then stated he was going to get us another representative. I said he did not have to do that since we were coming back to purchase the vehicle for my wife this times we did not have an assigned representative. He then asked why we did not want to work with the last representative and I said it wasn't a big deal and we can work anyone. He then stated "I remember you being difficult, I would not want to work with you". We left the dealership promptly after. Reflecting on the prior weekend we had very little interaction Mr. Ramirez. Maybe this was a case of mistaken identity and he thought we were someone else but I cannot see how an individual can gain the right to be so rude to customers coming in to purchase a vehicle. We have been Mercedes owners for 6 years now and we love the brand. However, we will not be purchasing or servicing our vehicles there again. More
When you drive into the drop off point at Crown an elegant gentleman steps out to greet you and guide you to the appropriate person for your service, at the same time Bob asks about my family and shar elegant gentleman steps out to greet you and guide you to the appropriate person for your service, at the same time Bob asks about my family and shares a bit of humor. Bob is always a pleasure. Todd is the person I prefer and he treats me better than wonderful. Todd has a great sense of humor with an absolutely professional attitude. I, being somewhat of a brick regarding mechanics have to feel confident and comfortable with people who work on my cars. Todd is all that for me, he ensures the work is done, normally by Ron the God of mechanics, another outstanding professional and done as I can afford it. Although over the years of dealing with Crown and five cars the expense has never been scary. During this visit I spoke with Tom Sands regarding my next car which for me will be another Benz. We discussed my car and my expectations for the next four wheel adventure, hopefully the beautiful E coupe. As I mentioned above, confidence for me is an absolute necessity, nothing can run me away from a dealership faster than the “WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO PUT YOU IN THE CAR TODAY” Attitude, vacuum cleaner salesmen are the Bain of sales people, especially cars, and more so in fine cars. Tom the car manger, Glenn in sales and Crag of finance is the best. Pleasant, straight forward with no BS, they offer confidence, outstanding advice and I never feel as though they are pushing me into something I do not want to afford . Five cars and years of great service ensure our vehicle needs will be met at Crown. Thanks, Larry Corley More

I purchased a 2007 E350 Diesel from Crown Eurocars in July; after owning the vehicle for only 4 months, the turbo charger experienced a “catastrophic event” and the dealership is refusing to accept respo July; after owning the vehicle for only 4 months, the turbo charger experienced a “catastrophic event” and the dealership is refusing to accept responsibility for the repairs. I had an impartial, authorized Mercedes dealership in Michigan, that has no vested interest in the situation, evaluate the vehicle, it was determined by their mechanic, who has been with Mercedes for 20 years, that the vehicle I purchased from Crown Eurocars had: • The oil changed ONCE prior to my purchasing it • No oil in the engine • No “low oil level” warning lights illuminated • The Service B indicator had been fraudulently reset 45 miles prior to the mileage on the odometer when purchased • The oil filter was covered in sludge (see photo) • The condition of the vehicle upon assessment could not have occurred strictly during the past 4 months/9,000 miles of ownership The dealership asked me to be fair in my assessment of their dealership and make sure I mention that the vehicle had been driven approximately 9,000 since I purchased it and that I declined to purchase the extended service contract; true statements. However, according to the assessment performed by the impartial Mercedes dealer, had the vehicle been properly inspected (even if the oil dip stick been pulled) prior to turning it over for resale, there would have been an indication of serious problems. Additionally, as stated above, the condition of the vehicle could not have occurred strictly during the past 4-months/9,000 miles of ownership. Crown Eurocars will also argue that their service department has nothing to gain by not performing appropriate inspections, as the used car division of the dealership is “their best customer”; while that might be true, their used car division has a lot to gain by not making necessary check and/or repairs (i.e. PROFIT). Additional comments after Mr. Wigler's response: I expect Mr. Wigler or others from Crown Motors to defend their dealership and their decisions as they have a vested interest in the situation. The fact remains: an impartial, authorized Mercedes dealership disagrees in totality your decisions. More
