The roadside assistance technician recommended Michael Gale. Subsequently, I contacted Michael to let him know what I wanted to do. I found Michale very professional and extremely helpful. We set up a meeting to test drive the SLK 250 that Crown had on the lot. After the test drive, I decided I wanted an SLK 350, but the dealership did not have one. Amazingly, Michael searched the entire state to find the exact SLK 350 I wanted with all of the options! In a day or so the car was in Columbus.
